We’ve built our culture around taking care of each other and taking care of business. With each test, we seek to improve our processes and evolve our practices to better serve the community. Our emphasis on creative experimentation and customer collaboration allows us to seek out and embrace new opportunities.
We also understand that the work is only one facet of what do. We keep communication transparent and roll with the ups and downs to support one another. This helps us deepen our connection to our teammates, learn from one another, and explore what works for us as humans.

We can’t say 100% what our future holds. R&D? Molecular testing? Proprietary testing solutions? We’re considering all the possibilities while continuing to innovate and uplevel our capabilities together.
